Kiryas Joel has an extensive history of voter fraud spanning decades.  It is basically a religious cult.
There's a whole section about fraud on the town's Wikipedia article.  People who don't vote for their selected candidates are banned from the church and threatened with violence.  Poll watchers are chased out of town.  Back in 2014 or so I watched a documentary on the town and the friction they have with neighboring towns.  Kiryas Joel is super overcrowded and needs to expand, but they're sort of trapped with the space they have.  The people of Monroe don't want them to encroach on their town, and it's caused a conflict that has lasted over 30 years.  It really feels like something from another part of the world, and the topic alone is probably worthy of its own thread.

I think the precinct results in Los Angeles and Orange County are also very telling.  Massive movement towards Trump in minority neighborhoods, especially Hispanic and Asian ones.  Reflects the national trend well. Race info from City Data.  Some precincts below:

Compton at Alameda and Rosecrans:

+17 more Republican

90% hispanic

Clinton: 92%
Trump: 4%

Biden: 84%
Trump: 13%

Inglewood at 79th and Crenshaw:

+7.6 more Republican

85% black

Clinton: 93%
Trump: 3%

Biden: 90%
Trump: 8%

Downtown El Monte:

+19 more Republican

80% hispanic

Clinton: 80%
Trump: 15%

Biden: 72%
Trump: 26%

Westminster's Koreatown:

+37 more Republican

65% Asian (mostly Korean)

Clinton: 65%
Trump: 29%

Biden: 49%
Trump: 49%

Westminster's Little Saigon:

+48 more Republican

82% Asian (mostly Vietnamese)

Clinton: 62%
Trump: 33%

Biden: 40%
Trump: 59%

These trends can be observed nation wide with various minority groups.  Cubans in Miami, Mexicans in Texas, Hasidic Jews in New York, African Americans in various inner cities including Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia, and Cleveland.  The trends are very clear ‒ non-white America is shifting.
