The Empire of Japan formally proposes:

1. To transition the seat held by the Dominion of India to represent the authentic Indian nation, nominating Muhammad Ali Jinnah as the rightful delegate for India within the League of Nations (LoN).

Japan contends that the Dominion of India's representation at present is misaligned with the true aspirations of its people. The Empire views this seat as merely an extension of British influence, diluting the League's electoral integrity and compromising its legitimacy by not embodying a diverse array of national views.

Given the League's perceived endorsement of the British Empire's subjugation of indigenous populations, Japan further recommends a temporary suspension of the League's support to such endeavors.

Following its initial proposition regarding India, the Empire of Japan puts forth another motion:

2. The Empire of Japan requests the suspension of New Zealand's membership within the League of Nations. Japan argues that New Zealand cannot be genuinely considered independent, having not yet ratified the Statute of Westminster. As such, its representation within the LoN might still be under the shadow of the British Empire. The Empire of Japan asserts that authentic representation within the League necessitates full sovereign status, devoid of any external dominion influences.

This addition emphasizes Japan's stance on autonomy and the validity of representation within the LoN.
