He had bought/established the franchise for $25,000, while in August 2013 the Bills were worth $870 million.
The Buffalo Bills have had trouble filling their stadium in recent years, reaching, 86.3% capacity in 2001, 93.7% Capacity in 2002, 92.5% capacity in 2006, 86.5% capacity in 2010, 85.8% capacity in 2011, 92.0% in 2012, 91.8% capacity in 2013 (2011, 2012,2013 numbers do include single "home" game in Toronto)
