Wilson had been the sole owner of the Bills since their inception on October 28, 1959 until his death. He had bought/established the franchise for $25,000, while in August 2013 the Bills were worth $870 million.
The Buffalo Bills have had trouble filling their stadium in recent years, reaching, 86.3% capacity in 2001, 93.7% Capacity in 2002, 92.5% capacity in 2006, 86.5% capacity in 2010, 85.8% capacity in 2011, 92.0% in 2012, 91.8% capacity in 2013 (2011, 2012,2013 numbers do include single "home" game in Toronto)
Bills President Russ Brandon said that the Bills plans for future ownership will be addressed in the "near future". Could the Bills be headed to LA?
