No prez toplines (prob bc Biden is severely outrunning her), but it added that the Trump fav is 40/57 which is just horrific in a Clinton +1 district. If Biden wins big enough, he'll drag her across the finish line. Her $925K haul gives me more hope that she may be able to squeak out a win.

This race appears to be Lean R. Fitzpatrick continues to have crossover appeal in his district; if even a Democratic internal shows him ahead, then he's probably favored at this point.

Fitzpatrick (R) 47
Finello (D) 45

Biden is +15.

If Biden wins by large enough, I think it will be big enough to drag Finello over the finish line.

Fitzpatrick survived the double-digit wins of Wolf and Casey in his district back in 2018, so I don't find it hard to see him surviving a similar Biden win this year, especially since almost every poll we've seen from this district-including Democratic internals-show him ahead. At any rate, Democrats can still win this district, and I would rate it as Tossup/Lean R.
