Anyone know if the Provo (Provisional Ballots) are part of the official numbers posted, or if they are *set aside" until after E-Day? (Unfortunately most of our resident OH POL gurus aren't posting tonight, likely at various House Parties, etc...).

Still numbers are starting to look close enough to recount territory regardless of whomever is declared the winner that this might be something to think about....

The overall trend of the night has been that rural areas have been reporting first...perhaps there's more Democratic vote outstanding in Delaware than in the county as a whole, but I'm not very optimistic.
