Remove all age based restrictions on drinking liquor(this will prevent police from harassing underage drinkers at parties. They'lll need a real reason to break up parties instead of a flimsy pretex like finding a beer can). However, make the buying/selling age be 18 on a nationwide basis(can't trust the south/utah not to raise it or pass bullsh**t laws).
