I'm stuck between 5' 11'' and 6 foot.  What makes it tough is that I weigh roughly 415lbs.. so is that tall?

You know I believe I remember reading something about the fact that the upper classes are considerably taller on average than the lower. 

Used to be even more marked than now.

Edit: in the West anyway

Thats right. It was diet based and health based. The Dutch used to be the short-asses of Europe but are now the tallest IIRC due to industrialisation, urbanisation and better and more varied diets and good healthcare.

My own short, black mop haired mining family improve on their height by about 2 inches every generation. My papa was 5ft5.
