Does Gary Johnson help or hurt democrat chances of taking the senate? Does he get Bernie bros to turn out and vote democrat down ballot? Does he keep anti- Trump republicans from staying home? How will Johnson voters affect the congressional races?

A good chunk are the loyal libertarian base that will vote libertarian down ballot (people like me, probably about 1% of the population), the other 2 or 3% or whatever he gets will probably be split nearly evenly R to D, impossible to tell exactly.

I believe the polls show an even split.

A lot are Libertarians or people who generally vote for third party candidates. I'd say that among the Johnson voters who would vote R/D down ballot, more will vote Republican, since there are more #NeverTrumpers supporting Johnson than Democrats dissatisfied with Hillary.
