Are these the final results for Europe and Canada. It is marked from November so I wasn't sure if anybody else had voted.

In reality I can't imagine Newfies voting GOP! Not in a million years! That would be solid Democrat, (60+ Kerry).
Alberta would be the only GOP province. Sask and Manitoba would be swing provinces, the rest would be solid Democrat. Quebec I suspect might be ultra safe Democrat, 70%+?
