In principle I fully support, but I fear it's only a renewing-my-bogus-"small government"-credentials moment. I see virtually no chance the SCOTUS would ever rule against it, though, and I'm not even sure it would be 5-4; might be more 7-2 or something to uphold. But I am a bit cynical about the amount of power this SCOTUS has given to police and law enforcement.

Doubt he'd do this if McCain or Romney were president, but any attempt at obstructing the NSA deserves to be endorsed nonetheless.
