The bad economic news is that Spain and Italy are about to hit us like a ton of bricks. Based on what's going on with yields right now the exhausting of the ECB's LTRO program [even its big backfire since a lot of the banks used the funds to buy trouble assets that are now underwater], there is an unusually high chance of at least one 500 point down day within the next month or so.
