This eastern Wisconsin county is home to Sturgeon Bay. Since 1996, it has consistently voted for the ultimate winner of the presidential election.

If it voted for Trump in 2016 and Walker in 2018 by low single digits then it is likely to vote for Trump in 2020 by at least high single digits.

Tossup. The WWC in this county has moved right, but there are lots of retired Chicago liberals and some hippies in the far northern part of this county. I’d say 50-49 Trump.

Tossup/Tilt D though I expect it to still vote to the right of the state ever so slightly.

The origin of the name is actually quite badass. It comes from the name of the straight between the mainland and Washington Island, Porte des Morts, literally Door of Death or Death's Door. The dangerous passage is scattered with shipwrecks and was known to early French explorers and local Native Americans.

I would put the actual rating at Tilt R. The northern tip (tourist part) is getting more consitantly Democratic and the largest city, Sturgeon Bay, should remian a Democratic area. The issue for Democrats is the southern part of county is becoming more Republican on average and there is more people here than the norther part. This is also where the majority of the state's Belgium population lives.
