I thought Spiral won Virginia and tied in Wisconsin.  This map suggest a pretty large Windjammer victory in both states.  That said, great work both with this and the other maps.

I agree w/ Wisconsin, but from my counts, Virginia went to Jammer by a fairly large margin.
