My point was, if there was a huge wave coming, wouldn't this seat at least somewhat closer than this? Besides, I was more poking fun at the overconfidence of some poster than anything else, but it seems I've struck a nerve.

Sure, but this seat was always far beyond the ceiling for the republicans. They will pick up at least 15 seats before this one. Are you talking about FreedomHawk? If so, I don't think he's predicted an R wave or anything.
