How often do bills pass both houses of congress, but then fail in conference committee?

Yeah just think of how many trump appointees could have never happened if the democrats didn't allow an Alzheimer's patient to be their majority leader

Pretty sure there are other colleges who don't take federal funding, but out of them the bonus only goes to Hillsdale.
I think it's refusal of federal funding and accreditation, I'm sure there are plenty of for profit online "universities" that don't receive federal funding
