Thanks for demonstrating my point in the other thread that conservatives are self loathing sadists. Much appreciated.

Looks and sounds like an American Rudi Dutschke:

Hopefully he's spared Dutschke's end though ...

I've come to the conclusion that Singletxguyforfun has to be a liberal in disguise acting as a caricature of conservatives because his posts are increasingly sounding like parody of the right.

Yeah let's make fun of the appearance of a kid who saw his classmates gunned down.

You are a garbage person.

November will be the time of reckoning. I pray to God that it is more painful to conservatives than 2016 was to Democrats.

This is barely opposition. It's just childish name-calling:

That's your entire post history in this thread. Almost all of it is just remarks about their physical characteristics and "alpha" status. This is YouTube comments section-level posting.

Democrats actually gained seats in Congress and had a wash in gubernatorial races.  It was a pretty decent year for them, given they lost the Presidency.

These kids didn't ask to be famous. I'm sure they'd prefer to have a normal senior year and to have their deceased classmates back. You can disagree with them without attacking them for their appearance or speaking skills.

Whether you agree with them or not, a group of teens have sparked a huge increase in civic engagement and activism in just 2 short months. That's something to applaud.

They’re just the Vietnam hippies if this decade. They’ll fade out once they become as toxic as obama was for gun owners. They’re excellent salesmen for the gun industry and NRA memberships though I’ll give them that

The problem is that they seem to be racking up in the fame.  If David Hogg's name was Jamal Washington, and he was from inner-city Baltimore or Chicago instead of suburban Miami, he wouldn't be flown out to Bill Maher and Ellen DeGeneres.  He wouldn't be on the cover of magazines and newspapers.  He wouldn't be given free stuff.

He would be at the bottom of news websites, and he may get a 30-second mention on cable news before they cut off to go to the latest development in the Stormy Daniels scandal.

And you know I'm telling the truth.

I don't disagree that Parkland got more attention because it was an affluent, white area. However, MFOL did have a diversity of speakers and discussed gun violence in general (not just school shootings).

I'm just saying don't dismiss them. This is a real movement with the potential to create real change. Liberals dismissed the Tea Party and look what happened in 2010.

Not much different from the GOP using Joe ''the plumber''

I think its funny to watch the GOP whine and cry about all the things they themselves have done in the past too

Exactly. It's like 2008-2010 all over again but reversed.

I don't see how libertpaulian is playing the race card here, though I don't know if you were referring to them when you said "the right."

He indeed is talking about real inequities in media coverage. Just look at how little attention the Austin bomber news was given compared to, say, Stormy Daniels, or the fact that Stephon Clark didn't even get an Atlas thread even though he was shot 22 times by police. In fact, Hogg and the Parkland activists themselves acknowledge such disparities:

They view compassion as a weakness and distrust intelligence.
