Wrong. There are several other American voters who supported Rubio and didn't need to be Jeanette to do that. A main reason why they supported him is that they like him.

Again, if you don't like this timeline, there is a simple solution: don't read it. I enjoy reading timelines regardless of bias but it gets old having to shuffle through dozens and dozens of posts from haters trashing the author's work. Surely you have something better to do with your life.

Wrong. It's still the case today. And let me be absolutely clear, this is not hackish, this is just optimistic.

And let me tell you this, Solid4096. If I'm a hack, why is this that you think the gubernatorial race in Connecticut of 2018 is Safe D while it is rated Lean D and Toss-up since a poll indicated the Democrats' lead as weaker than usual, ranked as fair, not wide/safe?

https://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=285376.0;viewResults

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Connecticut_gubernatorial_election,_2018#Predictions

So I have no lectures to receive from a guy like yourself who has been proven himself to be a hack when it comes to an election.

I really like alternate history timelines.  You're doing a great job and I had to let you know.  I was thinking, there hasn't been a White House wedding in a while, and Rubio's daughter is around that age.  You should have a White House wedding!

To be honest I'm surprised Rubio hasn't been carved on Mount Rushmore.

Because Mount Rushmore was built in 1941, long before today.

He described Sanders as weak on terrorism by arguing that the release of terrorists from Guantanamo is risky for America's national security since Said Ali al-Shiri, an Al-Qaeda jihadist, returned to terrorism after being released in 2007 and co-founded the radical Islamic terrorist organization called Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) in addition of calling upon Somali pirates to increase their attacks on western shipping and leading the Al-Qaeda insurgency in Yemen, killing thousands of people before being killed by a U.S. drone. President Rubio declared that « we can't afford to repeat the mistakes of the past if we want to win the War on Terror. »

-President Rubio campaigns for Republican senatorial candidate Scott Taylor in Fairfax, Virginia.

October 23 :

-During a campaign rally in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, President Rubio announces that the US-North Korea summit that will be held next March will take place in Singapore and promises that thanks to strong American leadership, « we're going to be able to cut a deal that will finally restore peace in the Pacific through a denuclearization of North Korea. »

October 26 :

All the Democratic wank timelines where everyone lives happily ever after in a socialist utopia with eternal Democratic or Socialist third party rule get a free pass because reasons. Democrats can't stand unrealistic timelines only when the Republicans are favoured.  It's like when racist whites can't stand successful African Americans or when sexist men can't stand successful women. Sad! Anyway, go on UWS, I love it Tongue.

Here are some Transcripts from the CNN "State of the Union" Show Sunday October 17th 2020.

Jake Tapper: Good Morning from CNN in Washington. I'm Jake Tapper host of CNN's State of the Union this Morning. Wolf Blitzer is off today preparing for the Final Presidential Debate between President Marco Rubio and Senator Bernie Sanders in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We have a lot to get through this morning. We'll also release some brand new CNN/ORC Polls in places that unsually vote Democratic and that President Rubio has made competitive during the course of the year. For that we go to our Senior National Correspondent John King who is in a very unusual State so late in the Game, John.

John King: Good Morning Jake, good Morning from Venice, California. It places like this in big Los Angeles County where President Rubio has shrunk down the Democratic Margins enabling to be competitive in this State. Lets get right to it:

CALIFORNIA CNN/ORC Poll

Senator Bernie Sanders 47%
President Marco Rubio 46%
Undecided 7%

President JA CA

Approve 52%
Disapprove 47%

OREGON  CNN/ORC Poll

Senator Bernie Sanders 48%
President Marco Rubio 45%
Undecided 10%

President JA OR

Approve 48%
Disapprove 48%

WASHINGTON STATE CNN/ORC Poll

Senator Bernie Sanders 49%
President Marco Rubio 48%
Undecided 3%

President JA WA

Approve 48%
Disapprove 49%

ILLINOIS CNN/ORC Poll

President Marco Rubio 48%
Senator Bernie Sanders 48%
Undecided 4%

President JA IL

Approve 49%
Disapprove 48%

NEW JERSEY CNN/ORC Poll

President Marco Rubio 49%
Senator Bernie Sanders 47%
Undecided 4%

President JA NJ

Approve 52%
Disapprove 47%

Now, President may not win all of these 5 States but he is competitive in all 5 of them. We polled these 5 States because it's a reflection how the Country has changed in the last four years and these are also States from different Regions of the Country.

Two other Main Reasons I think why President is competitive among Hispanics as well as in California....

# 1 Well, he is the first Hispanic President. The moreover that Bernie Sanders voted against the Immigration Reform Act of 2007 and supported the Community Protection Act of 2006 that included the detention of undocumented immigrants.

# 2 His leadership to handle the North Korean nuclear threat is proven to be successful thank to a strong U.S. military, to strong alliances around the Pacific and to strong diplomacy and got North Korea to dismantle its nuclear test site and to hold a summit with the United States on a possible denuclearization of North Korea and a possible restoration of peace in Korea. And this is an acomplishment apreaciated by California voters since California, along with states like Oregon, Washington, Alaska and Hawaii were in the frontline of North Korea's nuclear threat due to their proximity with the Pacific Ocean.

Over the last few Days I also had a chance to speak to both Senators in the State of California, Senator Kamala Harris a Democrat and Senator Condoleeza Rice, a Republican. While neither of the two Senators are up for Reelection this year both campaigning for local Candidates in the CA Legislature. A good showing in CA by the President would have a ripple effect. Currently Governor Newsom has a Supermajority here but that might shrink depending on the outcome of this State.
I ask them both how the President could make CA competitive!

Senator Harris: I think above of it all it's his Bipartisanship. Voters honour that. I had to take a lot of heat from our Presidential Nominee Senator Sanders as well as Senator Warren for helping craft the Opportunity Act now commonly knows as our Immigration Reform Bill. I though felt it was necessary to fix once and for all our broken Immigration System. I also thought getting Immigration done by Executive Orders like President Obama was trying to do and bypass Congress entirely was the wrong approach when I was still Attorney General here in California. We lost so many Seats in the 2018 Midterms yet the President still had an open eye & ear for bipartisan Legislation and not go alone like he easily could have done.

When I did ask Senator Harris if she would like to run for President four years from now she dodged the Question a bit saying she wants to talk about the 2020 Elections first before looking to the one after that.

Here is now Senator Rice's Reponse...

Senator Rice: I think Senator Harris is right about Immigration & Bipartisanship. Immigration Reform for example opened up a pathway for Republican Candidates to attract Hispanic Voters, a pathway Republicans did not have in the 30 years before. Let's not forget though my State here voted for Governor & President Ronald Reagean as well as for his successor George H. W. Bush in 1988. It was Governor Pete Wilson with Proposition 187 who sat Republicans back a lot with the Hispanic Community. The President also has had a good working Relationship with Congress the last four years a Relationship President Obama did not have. We got a lot done in four years thanks to his Leadership. America is now living in his most prosperous times ever.

That's my Story here out of California Jake, back to you.

Jake Tapper: Let's toss it right to our National White House Corespondent Jim Acosta who is at the White House with some News, Jim.

Jim Acosta: That story out of California by John King was very interesting. The Presidents Aides telling that President Rubio will go back to the West Cost presumably as soon as the Final Presidential Debate is finished. Later tonight he'll go to Virginia to hold a Campaign Rally for the Republican Senate Nominee who is trying to unseat Democrat Mark Warner. Back to you Jake.

Jake Tapper: Here in Washington I'm also joined by Michelle Kosinski who is part of the President Press Travel Corps and will take over as National White Correspondent in the new year. I'm also joined by our Senior Politcal Analyst Gloria Borger, Democratic Strategist & former President Obama Senior Adviser David Axelrod, Repulican Strategist Ana Navarro and Jeff Zeleny who is covering the Sanders Campaign. Michelle, you travelled with the President a lot these last few months. You first.

Michelle Kosinski: Well, we really haven't talked about how attractive the President has become for Women Voters thanks to the Campaign Efforts by the Vice-President, the First Lady as well as his Daughter Amanda Rubio. Whereever they go they really open up the President to the Audience especially Women. Also these Polls John King are quite striking because we're seeing a much more tigher gender gap in these so called "Blue States" like we're used to seeing. There is talk about holding a Campaign Event in the "Hollywood Bowl" in L. A.

Jeff Zeleny: Jake, it's looking pretty bleak for Senator Sanders. President Rubio really put him in akward Positions during the Presidential Debates. The Democratic Covention did not help him either. The Republicans had a much stronger one.

Gloria Borger: The President has done very well during the two Presidential Debates really contrasting himself with Senator Sanders. Senator Sanders didn't improve his already bleak standing after the Conventions as the Democrats had a "Brokered" one. Let's face it, the Democratic Party are badly fractured right now.

Jake Tapper: Question to you David: We saw Former President Obama at the Democratic National Covention as well as campaigning for other Democrats around the Country but we did not see him with the Democratic Nominee Senator Sanders at all thus far.

David Axelrod: Well, tbh Jake former President Obama doesn't agree with a lot of Senator Sanders Postions domestically and foreign policy wise and neither does Hillary Clinton. I thought his speech & her speech was more aimed at other Democratic Candidates especially endangered ones around the Country.

Ana Navarro: First of all I never thought I'll be sitting here looking at the possibility a Republican Presidential Nominee carrying deeply Blue States. The President really did what he said he would be doing if elected when he was still a Candidate in 2016. We have the lowest unemployment rate ever, more and more jobs are being created each month, the treats about terrorismn becoming less and less and the National Approval Rating of the President is still in the low to mid 60ties. Put that all together and we are where we are now.

Jake Tapper: We'll be going into a Commercial Break right now. When we come back our Congressional Correspondents Dana Bash & Brianna Keilar will join us to discuss the impact the Presidential Race might have downballot. Stay tuned.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

Jake Tapper: And we're are back with the State of the Union Show this Morning. Our Congressional Correspondents Dana Bash & Brianna Keilar have joined us. So let's get right into it: How frightened are Democrats in Congress Dana, Brianna?

Dana Bash: They're very frightened Jake. Senators Mark Warner of Virginia and Jeanne Shaheen are in a dogfight with their Republican Opponents despite still being decently popular. Voters in those State though might be thinking of having someone fresh and new to represent them in the Senate.

Brianna Keilar: Let's also not forget that the Democratic Minority Leader Tim Ryan of Ohio could be ousted out of Office by a Republican. His Opponent had a huge Campaign Rally with Senators Portman & Kasich as well as Governor Taylor in the District and I'm sure President Rubio will be campaigning for him before we reach Election Day.

2020 Electoral College Map polling

After his strong debate performance, President Rubio maintained his strong lead over Bernie Sanders. He managed to reinforce his advantage among middle class voters by denouncing Sanders' plan that would increase taxes on the middle class and by highlighting the success of his economic policies that led America to strong economic prosperity. October will be marked by  the upcoming vice-presidential debate between Vice-President Haley and former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick and by the second and third presidential debates.
