Biden benefitted greatly from huge growth in Phonix, Atlanta and the NC Triangle. The Rust Belt is lost forever

Lots of #TrendsAreReal takes about how the GOP is doomed in the Sun Belt because of demographic changes and how the Dems are doomed in the Rust Belt because of WWC losses. Florida flipping is chalked up to seniors souring on Trump over COVID, but North Carolina voting for Biden panics Republicans much like they're actually panicking over Georgia's political future.
