Never posting in fantasy politics except during votes.
Ah. Atlasia is a plaything for the entire forum, ye know.

Not being active in Atlasia means you're a zombie voter. It always has, it always will be. And while anyone can participate and vote unless you actually want to play the game and be active ye shall be known as a zombie voter.

The series True Blood has given zombies (well vampires but hey all these weirdos fuse together in my mind) a new charisma and cachet, so I don't mind the moniker at all! By the way, I recently met one of the writers of the series, who lives next door to the house I just built. When I told her I thought the writing for the series was excellent, I could just sense immediately that she wanted me. Now the question is, for what?  Tongue

Calvin and Hobbes did switch to JCP.  It really looks bad that an RPP member broke ranks Tongue

BTW, is JJ in the count?  Am I down 41-35 or 41-34?

Corrected.

BTW, is JJ in the count?  Am I down 41-35 or 41-34?

JJ is excluded as I believe his registration was too late to allow him to vote.

I make it 41-35.

Out of party voters, just for interest sake

Fritz 13 (Barnes, Bullmoose, SewerSocialist, DC_United, Badger, EarlAW, HappyWarrior, Jas, Lewis, Andy Jackson, Smash, Iosif, Verily)

DWTL 12 (Franzl, Purple State, KyleGordon, Swedish Cheese, Cinyc, OfficePark, Torie, Mrk, Intermoderate, RealisticIdealist, Winfield, AndrewCT)

JCP for DWTL: 1
RPP for Fritz: 0

Now that is a battle Smiley

So, we have Fritz 51,3% and DWTL 46.1% amongst all the voters and Fritz 52% and DWTL 48% among non-partisan voters. That's quite equilibrated.

Win or lose, by far a better showing than many would have ever expected I would get in a heads up national election.  Also a tremendous turnout and we should easily get more votes than the presidential election

So I'm the only one of the two major parties who broke ranks? That's kinda sad.

He feels DWTL would be a better Senator than Fritz? It's really not that hard of an answer. Tongue

Fritz supports the status-quo even more than DWTL. He isn't anywhere close to a reformist.

I know you can't legally put NOTA in the middle of a ticket, but what's the precedent with dealing with people who do again? (A vote with first pref. NOTA doesn't travel, obviously.)

I know any pref.s before the NOTA are valid, but what with pref.s below? Could theoretically matter with Gustaf's vote. I know there's a precedent, I just forget what it is.

I'm sure there are many precedents (which I haven't bothered to look up), but I'd be very surprised if any non-1st preference NOTAs haven't simply been ignored.

Ok, thanks for explanations. Smiley I saw you weren't very motivated for the election since you chose Marchais as first preference ! Cheesy
