This was brought up in the other thread.  I'd be willing to do this if people are interested.

I was thinking about 20 teams in two leagues and two divisions a league.  With 38 games a season. Then playoffs.

National League
North Division
 Baltimore Orioles         ('97)              Akno
 Pittshburgh Politicians ('79 Pirates)  TrueDem
 Philadelphia Patriots   ('80 Phillies)   Nini
 Atlantic Arsenal           ('83 O's)         Nation
 Boston Pilgrims           (1903 Boston) Blerpiez

Southeast Division
 Savannah Zells            ('95 Braves)     Jake
 Nyman Kings                ('33 Senators) Jake
 Florida Storms              ('97 Marlins)    DanielX
 Jackson Senators         ('27 Yanks)      Harry
 Houston Astros            ('80)                Spade

President's League
Pacific Division
 Seattle Radlibs             ('01 D'Backs)  King
 Seattle Starbucks        ('01 Mariners) Supersoulty
 SF Dodgers                  ('01 Yanks)     TrueDem
 Denver Drovers            ('04 Cards)     Hugh
 Alaska Attack               ('02 Giants)     Hugh

Mid West Division
 Cleveland Indians        ('95)               ColinW
 Ypsilanti Yetis               ('84 Tigers)    IlikeVerin
 KC Royals                     ('85)              Spade
Minot Magicians            ('91 Twins)    MHS 2002
 Nevada Nites                ('02 Angels)  King

The league is presently valued at nearly $ 120,000,000 and the total buyout price for ColinW will be 90,000,000 (84 million+service fee). For Akno the price will be 42,000,000 (36 million+a service fee).

No, the owner just gets the prestige of owning the league.  I promise I'll sim all the games.

I will sell 70% of the league to ColinW for $ 97,000,000.  Do what you want with TV rights.

I wont. I like th e70-30 plan now in place. Both MANN and Atlasian News Corp. can have TV rights.

i will offer my approval for the 70-30 plan for the prices I posted earlier (90M and 42 M).  If Akno agrees.

The teams for this season are complete.  Next season, next month, might feature expansion teams.

I moved the Nevada franchise to the Mid West and gave Seattle a second team.
______________________________________________________________________

The Format:  Updated

Each team will play four games against the other nine teams in their league, plus each team will play a season opener and a season closer against their rival, which I will select.

The winner of each division and the other two teams per league with the best records will make the playoffs. Then they will be sorted by records and will play a five game series.  Winners will advance to a second five game series.  Then league winners will advance to the Atlas Series and play a seven game series for the title.  The winning owner gets a fake prize.

I will finish the schedule today and simulate the season opener tommorow. (If two certain owners (hugh and King) give me teams.)

Denver Drovers...hmmn...St. Louis Cardinals 2004

Alaska Attack...San Francisco Giants from 2002.

This was Keystone's advice, so he'd better be right!

They are both World Series teams, so are good picks.
