Eh not really. I just appreciated and associated with communist imagery and slogans. But I was never a True Leftist and always a Democrat if anyone remembers my views on Ralph Nader.
Yes, because True Leftists love Ralph Nader..
Wait, do they? I'm having trouble keeping up. This place always find random ass ways to glorify/hate whoever they want because of some instance(s) where they did something they agreed/disagreed with that they love/abhor.
Anyway, True Leftists accomplish as much as they need to by speaking out and declaring what they think. Then more sane groups of people can hear new ideas, adopt the ones that they like, modify them, and see if they work out. That's why we shouldn't necessarily sh**t all over extremists. Extremists come from rigid ideologies that force them to approach things in novel ways in order to make two things connect so that it syncs with their worldview. It's not good on its own, usually, but it can bring about novel ideas. We'll scoff and reject most of them, but at least they were available to debate.
