Her money would be better spent trying to get one of the women in SC-1 and OK-5 through the primary.
Women will win both of those races anyway, and it is not clear yet who the best candidate is in each race (although both are certainly women).

Brad Parscale tweeted out an internal poll that showed support for impeachment in OK-05 at 45%. Not sure what he was thinking, but if support is that high in the 5th, not only is the district clearly shifting Democrat but it’s good news for the Democratic majority lol.

Pollsters from both sides of the aisle are roasting him for it.

Parscale is SUPER salty there's a Dem rep in Oklahoma
it also shows a Democrat down by 7...

The republican Amy McGrath.
A few major differences:
1. John James has run a virtually flawless campaign while McGrath has had a serious of fatal missteps.
2. James faces no primary challenge, while McGrath faces a few.
3. Michigan is no Kentucky.
4. McConnell has a far better campaign apparatus than Peters.
5. Trump is going to do far better in Michigan than the Democratic nominee in Kentucky.

But suuuuureeee. Be complacent as your dude gets outraised by a million dollars in a swing state. Complacency sure worked for Incumbent Senator Nelson...

$263,000 is a pretty sad total for Fischbach given that she had the whole quarter to fundraise and Peterson is the most endangered Democrat in the country. Is the big Republican money waiting on the sidelines for a man to throw his hat into the ring?
It seems like this would be a cheap media market

AL-02 Primary poll shows Coleman up big:

Lol the conservative squad isn’t happening.

Jessica Taylor is only at 5%.
Seems premature to say that when Coleman is the only one running TV ads right now...obviously he would be leading.

GOP gets a good recruit for FL-26 in Miami-Dade Mayor Jimenez.

https://www.miamiherald.com/news/politics-government/article239046258.html

His entry will be applauded by the GOP but he has some baggage and has never run in a partisan race.  He voted for Hillary Clinton in 2016 which could help him in this district.

FL GOP may not be getting their prized recruit. Weeks after initially saying he'd launch a campaign, Gimenez still hasn't announced. Now an ethics complain has been filed.

FAILURE TO LAUNCH: Gimenez congressional campaign ensnared by Public Ethics complaint already.

Quote
Both the Mayor and his Communications Director and Senior Advisor Myriam Marquez are facing a serious ethics complaint about her use of government staff time and resources to respond to a political inquiry triggered by Miami Herald’s reporters David Smiley and Doug Hanks’ coverage of the congressional race. Marquez used to be the Executive Editor of the Herald.

Former Miami-Dade Democratic Party Chairman Juan Cuba obtained records showing that Marquez did use her office on Gimenez’s partisan chore and shared the information with him directly by text message, all of which is filed in the complaint to Miami-Dade’s Commission on Ethics & Public Trust, a copy of which is below.
https://medium.com/@grantstern/failure-to-launch-gimenez-congressional-campaign-ensnared-by-public-ethics-complaint-already-5b4e7dd14ccd

This follows a pre-launch campaign by the Florida Democratic Party / DCCC labeling Gimenez as "Corrupt Carlos." https://www.miamiherald.com/news/politics-government/article239154493.html

For people who claim to hate Trump, they seem to love his nickname tactics.

In this environment McConnell and Graham can lose. Harrison looks so much like Tim Scott, that's why Harrison can win
This....sounds racist.

https://rickkennedyforcongress.com/2020/09/01/kennedy-within-margin-of-error-in-race-against-sessions-biden-trump-are-in-a-dead-heat-in-race-for-president-among-cd-17-voters/

Conducted "last week" (August 24-30?)
1160 likely voters

Pete Sessions 45%
Rick Kennedy 42%
Undecided 13%

The margin of error is at least 3 % as Kennedy is said to be within it, according to the release.

This isn't happening, but it would be hilarious if Sessions lost after carpetbagging.

Edit: a fuller release:
https://static.texastribune.org/media/files/51fbdda7b3608e331d0d28fdda73f8cb/tx17poll.pdf

August 22-23, 2020
MoE: 4.38%

I was just in this district. Number of Biden signs I saw: 0. Number of Kennedy signs I saw: 0.

This is not the type of district I would expect to see a massive swing.

NM is trending right. it has a sizable, generational hispanic pop (as opposed to recent immigrants) and a large working class pop. Furthermore, it lacks a major, major city. Its only "large" city is pretty medium sized with lots of exurbia.
