Let's just say that door-to-door canvassing isn't done in Germany, and I'm sure stuff like that would happen if it was.

 Why would they not do it in Germany? That sounds very odd.

Ya, we desire to be left alone and feel more comfortable if the parties don't know who their voters are. It is stupid. In a way.
