Democrats aren't going to win the House, or even make substantial gains. KS being close was a fluke because of the Brownback disaster but even there it was still a loss. Conservatives turn out in droves for these elections to find an outlet for their sadistic urges against the poor and the "other". Decent people don't vote in midterms, for whatever reason.

This will be an embarrassing loss like KS, and MT will follow suit. Justice Democrats need to start recruiting candidates to run. Without grass roots liberalism is finished in America.

When (if) progressives ever take power, we need to tax areas like this out of existence.

I called this, just as I called the Presidential race. Greed and bigotry reign supreme in this nation, and it's only going to get worse and as they continue to control the narrative. In 20 years, "liberal" and "progressive" will be as poisonous as "Communist".

Booker would probably be a great candidate for GA (not that he should be the nominee).

Progressives need to focus on preventing Northam from winning in VA, these house races are unwinnable.

This is the first time Bernie had shown moral authority since the election, and I hope for more of it. Then again, since he's working with Perez I guess that's a far fetched dream.

Out of curiosity: Why are you a Democrat and not a Green?

I suppose the same reason Sanders is a Democrat. No one wants to be part of an irrelevant party.

Edit: I realize Sanders isn't an actual Democrat. But progressives need the party for relevance.

Always knew this was a nail biter. People were getting way too cocky with the polls. Still calling this for  Handel.

I think the livable wage incident was a boost for Handel. We all know how suburbs feel about the peasants.
