No, this would be really dumb. Generally I think breaking off diplomatic relations is never a good idea unless you are actively at war. I think we should still have diplomatic relations with even North Korea, which is the only country that is completely unambiguously an enemy of the United States, as the point of dialogue is important for reducing the risks of escalation to open war.
