Last night I sat down at Golden Corral with my parents, and we spoke about this purchase, and they agreed that I need to buy it. My father decided it would be a good investment for me to purchase this property, so I have a place of my own. Grandma will live in the rent house, and will only have to pay $150 a month rent. My parents will loan me the money, and they said i can pay them back when I have the funds available. God has blessed me very much.

I am going to take a nap now. I have a grade 8 headache. I had a chocolate malt at dinner, and also dipped my vegetables in the chocolate fountain.. So that might be causing it.

You may now take out credit cards or loans on any of your respective property sets at any point between turns... i.e. after I post Oakvale's turn and the updated board, and before I start the next round with Red Team's turn.

Note - we are using the 'even build' rule here, which means that each property in a color set must have 1 credit card before you apply for a 2nd one on any of them; each property must have 2 credit cards before you apply for a 3rd, etc. etc.

Also note that credit cards and loans may be sold to generate spare cash, but at half the price you paid to apply for each one.  So spend wisely!

In the mean time, rent on those properties is now double!
