Firsthand, I only know Black Ops on my PSTriple- you can upload a recent game directly to Youtube from the multiplayer theater thing.

And you can use file share for Halo Reach/ Halo 3 to upload videos to the web.

I'm voting nay. I think there needs to be at least a little bit of a consequence if you lose a duel. A two month ban, for example, would ensure you miss at least one election.

It's not like the lack of the "Consequences" causes this bill to be a huge detriment or negative to a game. Plus you can always up the penalties at a later time.

I understand wanting punishments, but it pretty much takes away any incentive anyone has to play if they could lose their voting eligibility for 2 months by agreeing to it.

And it's not like we need to pass some law for Atlasians to play against each other in these games.
