I think Hillary would probably lose again, but I think she'd do better than in the first round, as some Trump voters began to realize what they were voting for. I heard a story of a West Virginia woman who voted for Trump without knowing he'd repeal Obamacare. Those kinds of voters might possibly switch to Hillary in a second round of voting.
(Unless, of course, the election and runoff were based on popular vote, in which case she'd win twice.)
