No it wasn't.  I saw the interview yesterday--did you?  There was significant time delay in the livestream, and the pauses were reasonable (in fact, more prolonged from Nicolle Wallace's side).

But we won't need to worry about that.  Trump has assured us that we can all go out very soon and not be a death risk to our family, friends, or strangers.
