The government is doing this because they want to be viewed as the only ones capable of doing charitable work. These kids are doing God's work and government should be honoring them not arresting them.

Anyway, I doubt the group in question will lose a related lawsuit.  I'm not cynical enough to believe that the US court system will uphold arresting someone for basically running a soup kitchen without an adequate liscence.
