It may not be rational that you can joke about a reference to the Jonestown massacre and not serial rape, but that's just the way it is. Rape is s often trivialized that its a larger provocation and more inappropriate to use it in a joke-context and at the moment the Cosby name is synonymous with rape (even if he is not convicted),
