Egh this is a hard one (and I do see the controversy swirling around this), I like the idea of some rent controls (living in a 2 bedroom apartment myself in an urban area in Texas) but doing it a national idea may not be the correct thing to do, I'd like to see more regional control if this bill comes back up, which hopefully it will since there are basically no house bills in que, you could really just re-introduce this, if you wanted Smiley
