Pop. of Muncipalities w/in CDs?

I'm doing a research project, for fun, and am looking for a source that provides 1: a list of all municipalities within a Congressional district, and 2: the populations of those municipalities. Does anyone know where I can find this sort of information?

I apologize if this is a noobish question, but I'm a bit of a novice.

Use American Fact Finder at census.gov. In the advanced search under geography, select all geographies and then places/remainders (part) under Congressional districts. You can select the state, CD, and as many of the places in the CD as you want. Then select basic count/estimate from the topics - people menu. You can narrow down the dataset too, if you want.
