RANKINGS AFTER ROUND TEN

GROUP A TN the surprise 2nd place finisher. Sikkim narrowly breaks the tie with Rajasthan for the final spot. UP a big embarassment.

Kerala +3 (3-1-1)
Tamil Nadu +2 (2-2-1)
Sikkim 0 (2-1-2) (defeated Rajasthan 4-3 in round 9)
Rajasthan 0 (2-2-1) (lost to Sikkim 3-4 in round 9) ELIMINATED
Assam -2 (1-2-2) ELIMINATED
Uttar Pradesh -4 (1-3-1) ELIMINATED

GROUP B Who would have thought Puducherry would make it into the finale?

Andhra Pradesh +5 (4-1-0)
West Bengal +3 (3-1-1)
Puducherry +1 (2-2-1)
Lakshadweep -1 (2-3-0) ELIMINATED
Goa -3 (2-3-0) ELIMINATED
Odisha (Orissa) -5 (1-4-0) ELIMINATED

GROUP C Totally unexpected result here. Gujarat blows its huge lead and winds up fourth. Andaman and Nicobar lose to Maharashtra and fall to minus 3, so Bihar, with its big win over Daman and Diu, takes the third spot.

Karnataka +9 (4-1-0)
Maharashtra +5 (4-1-0)
Bihar -1 (2-2-1)
Gujarat -2 (2-2-1) ELIMINATED
Andaman and Nicobar Islands -3 (1-3-1) ELIMINATED
Daman and Diu -8 (0-4-1) ELIMINATED

The easiest way to keep track is for everybody to post the cumulative result after their vote, rather than posting their vote as such.
So this is what I shall be doing.
(Oh wait, on rereading I noticed that the instructions say so, actually.)

Karnataka +1
West Bengal +1
Sikkim -2

Puducherry 0
Maharashtra 0
Kerala 0

Tamil Nadu 0
Bihar 0

I'm more worried about Pondicherry's future. I have fond personal memories of the place, you see...

ROUND THIRTEEN
NEW GROUPS WITH CURRENT STANDINGS

Please vote to eliminate one (-1) and keep one (+1) in each three-state group and add your vote to the totals of all the voters before you. Any state that reaches -5 will be immediately eliminated. Any state that reaches +5 will be immune until all other states have either been immunized or eliminated. States can be eliminated or immunized before rounds end. If this happens, please signify it with your vote. This round will end when all voters have voted, and the groups will change.

Note: If a state is eliminated or immunized, it cannot be voted on further. Set it aside and vote only on the two remaining states in the group, voting to eliminate one and keep one. Also, if in a two-state matchup one state is eliminated or immunized, leaving only one in the group, do not vote until I can change the groups. Proceed normally if, in the case of Group B in this round, both states are removed.

Kerala is immune.

GROUP A

Karnataka +3
West Bengal -1
Tamil Nadu -1

GROUP B

Maharashtra 0
Bihar -1

GROUP C

Sikkim -2
Andhra Pradesh +2

Puducherry has been eliminated.
