I am considering a run, but that hinges on my Senate victory. Of course, the party should wait until after the Senate elections before selecting a nominee, whether or not I choose to run.

I will accept a draft when that time comes, though I will not actively seek nomination unless I feel really confident.

To ensure the re-election of Seatown and the election of myself, we need a much stronger GOTV effort than we had in April. I also recommend a vote on endorsements.

Xahar is running in the National Movement "Aliya Mustafinia" party; his and Hash's candidacies are, as far as I know, satirical. Seatown and I should probably get automatic endorsements; the question is who else we choose to support.

Though Seatown and I were not elected, I'm proud of our success of one of our own, the veteran politician Marokai in getting first place among all candidates. Turnout was far better than April, and hopefully the Labor candidate will enjoy similar boosted support.

With Nathan as our Vice President, I would ask him here if he intends to continue to serve as Labor Chair; if not, a certain someone's prepared to lead. Wink
