I'll simulate a vote, much like the last time this legislation was passed (9th session).

Even though I have an overriding hatred for this type of Harry-like garbage, the conduct of the vote was made through coin-flips by me to determine the vote.  As you can tell, it was close (unlike the 95 heads-5 tails is statistically significant discussion).  No pro or anti-Statehood bias was in play.
