Senator Brain From Family Guy has been very unactive. The last time he has voted "for the record" has been on April 8. The last time his vote has been on time and counted was April 1 and the time before that (for actually being counted and for the record) was on March 26.

He introduced one bill and on that he didn't debate it and try and get it passed he wasn't even able to come in and vote on it in time. I believe the Northeast deserves an active Senator that can represent the region the way they want it to and to have their vote count.

Because of this I motion that Senator Brain From Family Guy be expelled from the Senate.

I sign:

There may be legitimate reason for his inactivity; I would like to hear Brian's side of the story, but I doubt he will be present to give one. Regardless, however, the Northeast deserves adequate representation in the Senate.

Though I am reluctant, it is important for his constituents to have adequate representation.

While, it saddens me to sign any motion to expel a fellow Senator, I must admit that the Senator's voting record has been poor. There may be a legitimate reason for this and I'd like to hear it

However, that said I've noticed that he is still regularly active on the Forum, so I can't see why he has refrained from much Senate activity

I agree with what my fellow Senators have already said.  If Brian gives a reasonable explanation, then I will remove my signature, but until then:

Well this is moot now since he has resigned in the other forum.

I am generally not in favour of these sort of motions unless citizens of the affected constituency have raised the issue or unless the Senator is clearly completely absent.

Neither are the case here as far as I am aware. Whilst the motion has been mooted by Brian's resignation, I nonetheless state that I would not have supported this motion.
