The relevant, larger, decentralized, Movement? Freedom Movement

The irrelevant, smaller, centralized, named organization? Horrible Movement

The problem is, the movement started from the organization.

Yeah but it's evolved way beyond it.

They’re a complete inspiration. It’s refreshing to see a race justice movement in the US that incorporates class elements that historically have been put aside in the country, acknowledging how economic inequality is linked to racism and the limitation of freedoms.

The energy displayed with the rioting and looting some months ago is an example of the voice of the unheard being finally being unapologetic and confrontational in the face of the system interests of false class and racial conciliation, in which a group is supposedly to be indefinitely above others. System will naturally blame the oppressed for their condition, attempt to suffocate them in front of public opinion with arguments of “rocking the boat” and act like the movement are the ones who are supposedly “violent” because of their reaction to the non-stop violence committed against them.

But no one can change the increasing consciousness and the anger that led to the movement. Some change will have to be eventually delivered in order to not destroy the thin social fabric of society, no matter how inconvenient that is for elite groups.

Both evaluations are extreme in their positions that are objectively wrong and therefore need to be repudiated.

Oh, and looky here

https://notthebee.com/article/marxism-in-action-blm-chapters-are-speaking-out-accusing-the-central-leadership-of-hoarding-all-the-money

The central org is hoarding all the cash donated to BLM! Why does this sound so familiar? OH, because it's what happens in actual communist countries!  All monies go the commissar, comrade.

And how is this system better than our "late-stage capitalism" corporate overlords?

i was originally somewhat supportive of the movement but now I have completely soured on the whole thing with all the looting, rioting, vandalism, arson, destruction of culture, history and call everything racist and shaming people
More or less my take as well. I support the idea, not the methods.

A magical fairyland where the state controls all resource distribution then disappears, leaving men to somehow distribute resource to themselves.

Also, it's a quote from one of the founders in 2015 that they are "trained Marxists".

Whoa! Epic take down dude! That's a really bog-standard knuckledragger's strawman of the transition from an authoritarian centrally planned economy to communism (a stateless, classes society). Shaving off all the bullsh1t you tacked onto it, it is one of many interpretations of only an element of Marxist theory. You're missing the mark by a large margin.

And sure, some of the founders of the organization with the name BLM described themselves as "trained Marxists" (which sounds suspicious because that's not something Marxists usually say) but where in the organization's agenda is there any mention of abolishing the value form? The labor theory of value? Historical materialism? I can respect conservative scaremongering about Marxism and communism, you guys are normally pretty good about it. But at least know what you're pissing the bed over first.

The basic message is a Freedom Message.  However, it is dysfunctional to judge the entire "group" (if you can even kind of call it cohesive) together, and supporters of BLM range from kind-hearted people looking to shine light on inequality to fringe extremists looking to hijack the slogan to cause trouble and "tear down the system."
