Trump approval ratings thread 1.3

Trump's at 40.1% in the polling aggregate at 538.  We're now less than two weeks from the point in time where Carter went as low as 40.0% in his polling aggregate at the equivalent time in his presidency.  So Trump could conceivably soon be able to say that at least one other president was less popular than him at this point in his presidency.

Quinnipiac:

Voters disapprove 54-39 of the job Trump is doing (52-41 earlier this month.

Nikki Haley's job approval as UN Ambassador in that poll is pretty impressive: 63% approve / 17% disapprove.  Even among Dems, she's up 55% / 23%.

Is that consistent with other polls?  Because I haven't actually paid attention to her poll #s before.
