For the sake of creativity, I tried not to pick any current office holders (I don't have a problem with any of the WA Congressional Dems, every Representative in Washington is a pretty good fit for their district)

Senate:
Eric Pettigrew (D - Seattle)
Derek Kilmer (D - Artondale)

House
WA-01: Marko Liias (D - Everett)
WA-02: Lillian Ortiz-Self (D - Mukilteo)
WA-03: Krist Novoselic (D - Deep River)
WA-04: Micah Cawley (R - Yakima)
WA-05: Maureen Walsh (R - Walla Walla)
WA-06: Kevin Van De Wege (D - Sequim) [Conservadem, but I personally know him]
WA-07: Kashma Sawant (I - Seattle)
WA-08: Cyrus Habib (D - Kirkland)
WA-09: Steve Berquist (D - Renton)
WA-10: Denny Heck (D - Olympia) [Couldn't find anyone better]

Actual ability to win/hold seats was completely ignored.

[Offtopic] I am always amused about how people use word "conservaDem" now: usually that  means simply "not an extreme liberal, but rather left-of-center or moderate liberal..." 40 years ago, when i began to follow American politics, most of these "conservaDems" would be considered no less then that. "Conservative Democrat"  meant absolutely different thing with absolutely different voting record... [/Offtopic]
