Utterly Idealistic: One-state solution with a secular binational republic
Somewhat More Realistic: Two-state solution with Israel consisting of her 1967 borders plus all of Jerusalem and continguous West Bank settlement blocks (possibly with some Arab areas in Israel being ceded to Palestine instead). Palestine to be neutral, secular, and demilitarized (along with obviously recognizing Israel's right to exist)
