Yes, I know, but these numbers are especially weird. This is really out of the ordinary. He must have a coalition of Hispanics or Texans that back him really well if he gets a whopping 28% lead, whereas in all the other states he is down significantly with Paul/Christie tying in at 1st.

No.  It's not startling or out of the ordinary.  Texas is his home state.  Cruz is well known, but not in a negative way like Perry.

There is no coalition of Hispanics in the TX GOP.
