I’m sure the bois in prison are gonna absolutely love him
Clearly you know nothing about prison, or are just trying (and failing) to sound clever. What exactly about assaulting a US Senator would make someone a target in prison?

Also, he's white a white guy who committed a low-level assault. He ain't going to prison. He wasn't even charged with a felony. Anger management, community service, and a suspended county jail sentence.

The weird thing is that Rand apparently had four ribs broken but the police only charged the guy with a minor misdemeanour. There's a lot more to this story than meets the eye.

Unless he used a weapon or caused a serious, life-threatening or long-term injury, misdemeanor assault is the correct charge.

Every have broken ribs?  I'd be insisting on felony charges.

Oh, broken ribs are extremely painful and breaking 5 ribs is a brutal assault. Unless there was a weapon involved, I don't think it is a felony or a wobbler under Kentucky law, though.

I thought you wouldn't hide behind the cops like a wimp?

This attacker was white, white boy.

So if he was black you'd just shoot him, got it.

I thought that's what the cops were for?

The whole story is weird and fishy.

Beat up by the mafia ala Harry Reid?

This is how real Kentuckian men settle their differences.

Given his offensively poor dress, I wouldn't be surprised if his garden was repulsive, too.
