I wouldn't be so sure about that. Once the Middle-East goes to absolute hell (Iraq at the center!), and more nations begin to produce nuclear weapons unchecked, we can just look back at the Republicans who control all areas of the nation...

The Democrats will win in '08 easily if they field a moderate. After eight years of an administration that plays on our fears, Americans will want to breathe the fresh air.

I am not. I am the one making sense. A moderate will not make it. Just like we said a moderate like Lieberman and Gephart was the Dems only chance in 2004, look at how fast they were booted out. Bayh IS INDEED A GOOD GUY, but so was Lieberman.

Gephardt wasn't a moderate and Liberman was a horrible campaigner.

A moderate does have an uphill battle of course, but a a charismatic one has a chance.  A lot of people thought they were voting for a moderate when they voted for Kerry in the primaries.
