Extradition Bill

1. It shall be the policy of the government of Atlasia that no foreign person suspected of a crime will be extradited to a nation where he or she may receive the death penalty for that crime.

Nay

I oppose the death penalty in Atlasia, but this bill is an infringement on the sovereign laws of other nations.

Many of the anti-death penalty countries in Europe have the same policy.

The bill has enough votes to fail.  Senators have 24 hours to change their votes.

How is it flip flopping to support other countries laws even if you don't believe in them? And I wouldn't be the one talking about flip flopping.

Because he told me in a PM that he supported the goals of this bill and then voted against it.  I wasn't referring to anything on a broader scale.
