We'll have the usual question: ugly current governments or big histories ?
Sudan has a big interesting history and I prefer to keep it for now.

I think it'll be an interesting and clean survivor, as it's not an Anglo-Saxon or European one Grin.

Oh, maybe I'm too demanding, but a map would be fine, updated in each round Wink

I'm trying to define a top 5, with countries both with ancient history and quite good ethnic cohesion...
Uneasy, but I think I have a short list.
Your 4 countries aren't in this list, Edu Grin

Oh c'mon guys, what the hell? Tunisia has a pretty interesting history and is far better off than a lot of the remaining countries, i would rather live there than in most of the countries left in the list.

Yeah, sure, but Egypt and Madagascar were threatened too...

There is a bad trend here: judging countries only by their current democratic or non-democratic standing... Sad

It seems odd in a democratic vote to critice the voters for supporting democracy.

Not that that's what I've been doing of course... I've been judging countries on a combination of the asthetic value of their flags (Tanzania ftw!); whether I like the sound of the names of their capital cities (Mali ftw!); and, most critically, how tall their Finance Ministers are.

Any other decision making system is, of course, unfairly subjective and arbitrary  - and all those involved should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves for undermining the solemnity of this voting process. Angry

Jas, you're not a usual voter in survivors. Im' not judging.
That's just that "democracy" and "FF/HP" are boring.
Any criterion is good in survivors, in a way. But there are some which are boring.
At least, yours aren't at all Wink.

Oh damn it, Sénégal...

One of my favorites with Mali, I hoped to make win the both, not especially because former French colony, but I've something for both these countries, and for the few I know of the city of Dakar as well. And well, best black girls come from there. Let's hope the quiet Mali can make it.

Seriously a Guinean Gulf country can't win against a Sahelian.

My favourites among the French were (are) Benin and Mali.
I've nothing against Senegal but am forced to try to save... Tanzania, which is my new nr.1 (yes, that's not a joke Wink), after Egypt's and Ethiopia's oustings.

Very soon, I'll have to choose another nr.1, I guess Tongue
