Current numbers:
Pacific: 61% Napoleon, 39% Griffin
Midwest: 50% Napoleon, 50% Griffin
Mideast: 62% Napoleon, 38% Griffin
IDS: 50% Napoleon, 50% Griffin
Northeast: 60% Napoleon, 40% Griffin
Atlasia: 57% Napoleon, 43% Griffin

I stopped keeping track of the presidential numbers when it stopped mattering.
