I don't necessarily run with scissors, but hey, if I did, what's the worst that can happen?

A lengthy but perfectly argued post about the internal workings and factional makeup of the Green Party at a critical point in the history of the American social democratic left. The Green-Socialist Fusion ticket should work in safer, solidly progressive states where they can drum up support, elect local and municipal office holders, and expand ballot access initiatives. Also, a eco-socialist "watermellon" ideology is necessary to cultivate a socialist future.
