Fascism at it's worst. There shouldn't be any punishment for bringing or looking at porn during school hours.

It's utterly absurd, but there should arguably be a punishment for looking at porn during school hours, particularly if it's during class hours, and depending on the age group. I'm sure a lot of parents don't want their kids exposed to porn. Of course, it should not be a felony, a reprimand maybe, and detention on repeat offense.
