It's not. That poll, taken October 26-30 shows Trump up by 3, but there have been six polls taken after that time period averaging out to a 6 point Clinton lead. With this poll added in, it becomes a 5 point lead.
But you can hope I guess. As long as you consider Georgia and Arizona to be in play also.
